  5. Assist with monitoring and updating the construction program and site activity.
  6. Ensure materials are procured in advance of the construction program.
  7. Assist in monitoring daily work activities to maximize plant and resource utilization.
  8. Implement improvements for managing site-related costs.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or working towards.
  • 1-2+ years previous experience as an Engineer in the civil industry, ideally within residential subdivisions/bulk earthworks.
  • A current White Card & Drivers Licence.
  • A strong commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality standards and practices.
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to show initiative and take ownership.
  • Strong communication and organization skills, including strong attention to detail.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to problem-solve.
  • Confidence in using technology, including CRM-based applications and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
