About this Role:

  • Lead a dynamic team delivering strategic and operational HR services that drive meaningful organisational outcomes.
  • Deliver professional services on a broad range of matters including: Strategic workforce planning and organisational development.
  • Employee and industrial relations, providing specialist advice and support.
  • Talent acquisition, onboarding and retention strategies.
  • Payroll and contract management.
  • Development and deployment of organisational training and programs.
  • Culture and engagement initiatives aligned with our Company values.

What You'll Bring:

  • Align with our values.
  • Have tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field.
  • Strong leadership experience in a contemporary Human Resources team.
  • A thorough understanding of State and Federal Industrial Relations systems and employment legislation.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver operational excellence.

The successful applicant will also be required to provide a National Police Clearance no more than six months old.
