Lead a Heavy Diesel Team

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of skilled technicians on day and night shifts, overseeing the maintenance and optimisation of heavy earthmoving equipment.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance and reliability principles, as well as prior leadership experience working on a mine site leading a team of 10+ people.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of technicians in day and night shift operations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Maintaining a strong commitment to safety and leadership principles.

The ideal candidate will have significant post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi. A current National Police Check and pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, are also requirements for this role.

Requirements
