About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing an outstanding in-store experience, and empowering customers with the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Delivery: Deliver exceptional customer service and provide an outstanding in-store experience to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to sell relevant products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide solutions for customers through a consultative approach, tailoring product recommendations to meet individual customer needs.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers, establishing trust and credibility to drive repeat business and referrals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.

  • A passion for selling and a desire to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
