We're seeking a skilled professional to partner with blue-chip clients, leading strategic conversations and overseeing complex project delivery.

This pivotal role requires guiding a passionate team, shaping client direction and ensuring projects deliver impact across every touchpoint.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, driving strategic thinking across campaigns and influencing creative and commercial outcomes.

You will mentor and support your team, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams while also playing a role in identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and nurture client relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Drive strategic thinking across campaigns, influencing creative and commercial outcomes
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to your team
  • Oversee budgets, timelines and resources across multiple accounts
  • Champion innovation and identify opportunities to add value

This is a senior leadership role that requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication.

Requirements
  • 7+ years' agency-side client service experience, including leadership at Account Director or SAD level
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, complex clients (QSR, FMCG or retail preferred)
  • Instore brand / digital activation experience, highly desirable
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver against KPIs
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - confident presenting at senior stakeholder level
