Job Title: Property Development Manager

The Job Holder will be responsible for overseeing projects from concept to completion.

  • Manage end-to-end housing development projects, ensuring quality, cost and safety targets are met.
  • Lead procurement and contracting processes that achieve value for money.
  • Identify new development opportunities that meet social and economic objectives.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management.

  • Strong financial capability - budgeting, forecasting and investment modelling.
  • Understanding of compliance, permits and approvals (SDA Design Standards highly regarded).
  • A solutions-focused, values-driven approach and a genuine commitment to creating social impact.
About You:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in project management within property development, construction or community housing.
  • An understanding of local government policies and procedures.
  • The ability to engage confidently with stakeholders, including contractors, tenants, government and community groups.
