We specialize in solving problems across a wide range of commercial property matters, particularly those that are more challenging.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager based in the Greater Adelaide Area, with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial properties, negotiating leases, conducting premises searches, rent determinations, and providing strategic commercial property advice.
Daily tasks include property inspections, tenant relations, lease administration, and ensuring compliance with property regulations.
