Senior Case Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Case Manager to join our growing claims team. As a specialist workers compensation organisation, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a specialist end-to-end claims portfolio focusing on early intervention
  • Review medical documents to determine best course of strategy for early return to work or closures
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to determine best course of action
Requirements:
  • Extensive workers compensation claims management experience either a front end claims portfolio or an end-to-end claims portfolio
  • Highly developed negotiation skills
  • Self insurance claims assessment experience will be highly regarded
