Production Tradesperson Job Description

The role of Production Tradesperson is a key position within our organization, requiring the operation of various production machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting fault-finding, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement activities as required.

About the Job

This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. As a Production Tradesperson, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production machinery, ensuring efficient and effective production processes
  • Conduct fault-finding and diagnostic activities to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and efficiency
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Engineering (Fitter and Machinist, Mechanical, or Fabrication)
  • Maintenance experience in manufacturing
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
