As a Product Manager - Issuing, you will play a critical role in the success of our business, leading the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, optimisation and retirement. Your deep industry knowledge and client focus will enable seamless, compliant and scalable card program solutions that meet both regulatory requirements and client objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and maintaining a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, regulatory needs and market opportunities
  • Translating insights from clients, partners and internal teams into clear product priorities
  • Setting and tracking KPIs to measure performance, efficiency, adoption and competitiveness
  • Collaborating across teams to deliver go-to-market plans that position our issuing products as scalable, secure and client-focused
  • Acting as an SME and playing a leadership role in any strategic projects in the issuing product portfolio

Requirements include:

  • 5–10 years' experience in product management, ideally in issuing, fintech or digital payments
  • Experience with Visa and/or Mastercard schemes
  • Deep knowledge of card issuing, scheme requirements and compliance frameworks
  • Proven track record owning full product lifecycles and setting strategic roadmaps
  • Strong client focus with the ability to turn needs into meaningful features
  • Skilled communicator and collaborator across technical and commercial teams
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and act on key metrics
  • Passion for continuous improvement, innovation and scalable solutions
