Our client is a respected leader, specialising in the recruitment and support of apprentices across the construction sector. They work closely with employers, training providers, and government agencies to build skilled, job-ready talent pipelines.

We're now seeking a motivated and experienced Group Training Manager to lead their GTO division. This role blends strategic leadership, business development, and hands-on operational delivery in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Reporting to the CEO, the Group Training Manager is responsible for the overall management and growth of the organisation's apprenticeship operations. You'll drive host employer engagement, ensure compliance with government and industry standards, and contribute to the organisation's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support staff to ensure apprentices receive quality guidance throughout their journey.
• Drive business development efforts to identify new host employer opportunities and grow program reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, RTOs, and industry stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GTO national standards, WHS legislation, and all state and federal contractual requirements.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as commencements, retention, completions, and satisfaction.
• Provide strategic input to improve operational processes and promote innovation and continuous improvement.
• Identify workforce development needs and trends to inform business planning and stakeholder engagement.
