Replenishment Support Manager Role

At Woolworths Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Replenishment Support Manager to lead our team of Replenishment Support Specialists. As a key member of our Group Enablement Teams, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful interaction between IT and replenishment teams throughout the design, development, and support of replenishment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Replenishment Support Specialists in providing business and system knowledge to the Group Replenishment and Big W Teams.
  • Ensure the stability of Replenishment systems, including Replenishment Central, SAP, Webi, Tableau, GCP, Fulfilment (ASR), and SAP UDF.
  • Guide, lead, and manage the performance of the Replenishment Support team.
  • Represent Group Replenishment and Big W on all system projects.
  • Proven experience leading a team and influencing multiple cross-functional teams when implementing change.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in a similar role in a large FMCG/Retail environment.
  • Proven experience leading a team and influencing multiple cross-functional teams when implementing change.
  • Ability to determine root cause on a variety of unstructured and complex system problems.
  • Demonstrated experience in process mapping, process flows, workflow, and development of business or IT solutions.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
