The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Replenishment Support Manager to lead our team of specialists who provide support, business, and system knowledge to our Group Replenishment and Big W teams. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful interaction between IT and replenishment teams during system design, development, and support.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Group Replenishment and Big W on all system projects
  • Maintain stability in our Replenishment systems, including Replenishment Central, SAP, Webi, Tableau, GCP, Fulfilment (ASR), and SAP UDF
  • Guide, lead, and manage the performance of the Replenishment Support team
  • Proven experience leading a team & influencing multiple cross-functional teams when implementing change
  • Ensure that the teams goals are aligned in achieving the total Replenishment Team strategy
