We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Replenishment Support Specialists who provide support, business, and system knowledge to the Group Replenishment and Big W Teams.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role in a large FMCG/Retail environment and proven experience leading a team and influencing multiple cross-functional teams when implementing change. You will also have the ability to determine root cause on a variety of unstructured and complex system problems – utilising advanced technical skills in SQL, database interrogation, and ERP system use.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of Replenishment Support Specialists to ensure stability in the Replenishment systems, including Replenishment Central, SAP, Webi, Tableau, GCP, Fulfilment (ASR), and SAP UDF.
  • Represent Group Replenishment and Big W on all system projects, guiding, leading, and managing the performance of the Replenishment Support team.
  • Ensure that the team's goals are aligned in achieving the total Replenishment Team strategy.

You will work closely with IT partners to build strong and robust relationships, making recommendations on system and process improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
