We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Replenishment Assistant to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing and tracking purchase orders from inception to delivery, ensuring that our OOS% is below targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track purchase orders from inception to delivery, engaging with suppliers on the dispatch and receipt of POs
  • Facilitate solutions to ensure adequate stock is in CFCs & E-Stores by liaising with suppliers and internal Ops and forecasting / replenishment stakeholders
  • Investigate OOS issues by supplier and CFC/E-Store to ensure OOS is at zero
  • Test PO in the system, monitoring end-to-end, ensuring suppliers can receive POs in terms of system communication
  • Work with the relevant parties within Woolworths At Work, Big W and WOW Global Sourcing to design and operate Woolworths At Work's imported Own Brand replenishment process
