Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing HVAC systems for building services projects, conducting calculations, training junior engineers, and collaborating with internal engineers & drafters.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop HVAC systems for building services projects
  • Conduct complex calculations, including heat loads, pipe sizing, and duct sizing
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects
  • Collaborate with internal engineers and drafters to deliver high-quality projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (beneficial)
  • Previous experience in building services design
  • Strong technical understanding of design and the BCA/NCC
