Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated onsite part-time fixed-term Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Nursing Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization, focusing on improving health outcomes for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include providing clinical management and coordination for our clients, as well as collaborating with residential aged care facilities. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in an autonomous environment and values flexibility. Regular travel to partner facilities will be necessary to conduct clinical reviews.

The successful candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality service delivery, coordinating with the clinical team under the guidance of the Nursing Regional Manager and administrative staff. Additionally, you will engage in business development activities to expand our resident base. Proficiency in computer systems is essential, and while experience in telehealth is advantageous, it is not a requirement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing
  • Experience in service-oriented environments requiring strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize IT systems for documenting client needs and communicating effectively
  • Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
  • Experience in aged care; leadership experience is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

  • Experience in roles focused on meeting individual health needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, along with problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, showcasing excellent communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
