Your Role

In this onsite part-time fixed-term position, you will report directly to the Nursing Regional Manager, becoming a vital part of our growing organization. This newly established role focuses on improving health outcomes for our esteemed clients.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing clinical management and coordination for our clients while collaborating with residential aged care facilities. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in an autonomous environment and values the flexibility this role offers. Regular travel to partner facilities will be necessary to conduct clinical reviews.

The Clinical Nurse will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of efficient and high-quality services, coordinating with the clinical team under the guidance of the Nursing Regional Manager and administrative staff. Additionally, the successful candidate will engage in business development activities to expand our resident base. Proficiency in computer usage is essential, and while prior experience in telehealth is advantageous, it is not a requirement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing
  • Experience in service-oriented environments requiring problem-solving and professional collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize IT systems and software for documenting client needs and communicating effectively
  • Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
  • Experience in Aged Care; leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

  • Experience in a similar role ensuring that clients' health needs are met
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels, showcasing excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Understanding of Aged Care and the clinical scope required
  • Knowledge of person-centered care principles
