Position Overview
This part-time, fixed-term role offers a unique opportunity to work onsite, directly reporting to the Nursing Regional Manager. You will play a crucial role in our organization, focusing on improving health outcomes for our esteemed clients.
Your responsibilities will include clinical management and coordination for clients, as well as collaboration with residential aged care facilities. This position is ideal for a dedicated and proactive individual who thrives in an independent work environment and values the flexibility that comes with this role. Regular travel to partner facilities will be a requirement.
The Registered or Enrolled Nurse will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. You will coordinate the clinical team with support from the Nursing Regional Manager and administrative staff. Additionally, the successful candidate will engage in business development efforts to expand our resident base. Proficiency in computer skills is essential, and while experience in telehealth is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing
- Experience in service-oriented environments that require effective problem-solving and collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to utilize IT systems for documenting client needs and service delivery
- Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
- Experience in Aged Care; leadership experience is a plus
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Skills and Experience
- Experience in roles that ensure the health needs of clients are met
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a knack for problem-solving
- Ability to foster relationships with stakeholders at various levels, showcasing excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Understanding of Aged Care requirements and clinical scope
