Your Role

In this exciting part-time fixed-term position, you will report directly to the Nursing Regional Manager and play a crucial role in our organization. This newly established position focuses on improving health outcomes for our valued clients.

Your responsibilities will include providing clinical management and coordination for clients, as well as collaborating with residential aged care facilities. We seek a motivated individual who thrives in an autonomous environment and values the flexibility this role offers. Regular travel to partner facilities will be necessary.

The Clinical Nurse will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring high-quality service delivery while coordinating with the clinical team, Nursing Regional Manager, and administrative staff. Additionally, the successful candidate will engage in business development efforts to expand our resident base. Proficiency in computer systems is essential, and while experience in telehealth is advantageous, it is not a requirement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing
  • Experience in service-oriented environments requiring strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to utilize IT systems for documenting client needs and communicating effectively
  • Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
  • Experience in Aged Care; leadership experience is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle

  • Experience in a similar role, ensuring the individual health needs of clients are met
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, along with problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels, showcasing excellent communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Understanding of Aged Care and the necessary clinical scope
  • Knowledge of person-centered care principles
