Business Lending Specialist

Design and deliver a market-leading digital experience for business lending by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure delivery of return on investment.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and prioritise tasks that support the product roadmap and business goals.
  • Lead the design and definition of business requirements for prioritised features aimed at digitising and automating business lending origination processes.
  • Work closely with Experience Designers, Business Analysts, and Engineers to ensure features meet functional requirements and deliver measurable business value.
  • Partner with business and risk teams to create compliant solutions that improve controls and manage risks during implementation.
  • Ensure efficient and agile ways of working within the team.
About You

As a passionate product management professional, you are adept at working collaboratively in Agile structured corporate environments and can manage multiple tasks through the product lifecycle.

Domain experience within Banking & Financial Services, especially in Business Lending / Credit origination SME, is advantageous.
