Product Development Lead - Private Markets
A key role for a skilled professional to drive the growth and development of our Private Markets product.

About the Role:

This position plays a pivotal part in leading the strategy, design, and implementation of our Private Markets offerings. You will oversee the development of new products, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure seamless integration across different platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for Private Markets
  • Collaborate with custodians, administrators, and other partners on fund operations
  • Liaise with platforms and internal teams to support smooth implementation
  • Lead product governance activities and ensure accurate regulatory disclosure
  • Represent the organization externally and provide updates to internal committees

You will have opportunities to:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our Private Markets product suite
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in their roles and responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance or Business Administration
  • Strong experience in product management and/or operations within Private Markets
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills
  • Confident communicator, analytical thinker, and team player
