Industrial Officer - Make a Difference in the Tertiary Education Industry

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Officer to join our team. As an Industrial Officer, you will be responsible for providing industrial advice and guidance to members, organisers, and elected officers on industrial matters and the enforcement of Enterprise Agreements and Awards.

Negotiating workplace grievances and industrial disputes with management is also a key aspect of this role, including complex matters or matters of strategic significance.

You will provide high-level technical support to major Enterprise Bargaining negotiations and lead research projects when necessary. Additionally, you will advocate cases before Fair Work Australia and other tribunals, internal university bodies, and speak in union and public fora.

Key Responsibilities:
