About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Legal Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in the legal industry.

In this role, you will have the chance to work with a talented and committed team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using computers.

You will also need to have a high level of attention to detail, be well organized, and possess very good typing skills and speed.

We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds and experiences, including those without previous work experience in a legal office. A Legal Studies qualification or other relevant experience would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative support to our legal team members
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • To prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
  • To perform various tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
