Job Overview

We seek an experienced asset manager with strategic thinking skills to oversee fleet operations and facility management. This includes managing assets, people, and processes, ensuring compliance and operational requirements are met.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize fleet operations including procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle planning.
  • Monitor performance indicators to support decision making.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits on all assets to maintain optimal fleet performance.
  • Manage capital expenditure activities for accurate forecasting.
  • Record and maintain registers of commercial leases, operational facilities, motor vehicles, and mobile equipment.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance schedules for facilities and assets are conducted to optimize asset life.
  • Mentor and support a team of coordinators and administrators.
Qualifications
  • Certificate in Fleet Management, Facilities Operations, or Project Management preferred.
  • Extensive experience in fleet and facilities management across multiple sites.
  • Knowledge in coordinating buildings, facilities, motor vehicle fleets, and asset management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing teams.
