The Role:
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services to customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing customer service schedules, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of care services
- Coordinating with package managers and customers to meet their assessed needs and support professionals' availability
- Providing coaching, supervision, and support to Community Support Professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and data in our information systems
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
About You:
- You're a caring and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- You're proficient in using Microsoft Suite and have experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
