Job Description:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide innovative personal solutions that support individuals to live their life, their way. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide variety of customer presentations across aged care funding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans to support customers in achieving their goals related to daily living, mobility, and community participation.
  • Assist with the provision of simple and complex equipment prescription, and major and minor home modifications.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, carers, GP's and other professionals to ensure holistic care.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, current registration with AHPRA, and significant practical experience or extensive knowledge in providing OT Services, preferably in a Rehabilitation and/or Aged Care setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Significant practical experience or extensive knowledge in providing OT Services, preferably in a Rehabilitation and/or Aged Care setting
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, organisation and time management skills
