Human Resources Business Partner Job Opportunity

This role involves providing strategic and operational HR support across the business.

As a trusted advisor to leaders, you will play a key part in workforce planning, performance, engagement, and change management.

  • Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for senior appointments.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies and talent development initiatives.

Key qualifications include:

  • Qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior advisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant employment legislation and industry awards.
  • Proven ability to partner with leadership teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
