As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will co-facilitate group and individual activities based on each resident's assessed needs and preferences. This will enable residents to achieve their cultural, emotional, physical, social and spiritual goals during daily living activities.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in the provision of recreational/lifestyle activities to meet the needs of residents.
  • Experience contributing to the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of lifestyle activities that incorporate residents' needs and preferences.
  • A positive attitude towards older people, including an understanding of their needs and a commitment to upholding their rights.

Successful candidates will be kind, resident-focused, and enjoy supporting residents to participate in various activities.
