- Develop and implement diverse lifestyle programs that cater to individual preferences and promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate lifestyle activities with residents' care plans.
- Oversee the scheduling and organisation of events, ensuring all activities are well-structured and properly resourced.
- A minimum Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (or equivalent).
- Current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Level II First Aid Certificate.
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role within the aged care sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and proactive approach to developing engaging and meaningful activities.
