Leisure Activities Coordinator

About the Role
This position involves delivering leisure-based activities to support and enhance the lives of residents. Key duties include:
- Providing leisure-based activities.
- Encouraging and supporting residents to participate in activities both within and outside the home.
- Identifying individual resident needs through assessment.
A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is highly regarded. Creativity, communication skills, and the ability to deliver leisure-based activities are essential for success.
