  • Develop and implement engaging activities that give purpose to our residents living with dementia.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to coordinate new and existing activities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Support residents with responsive behaviours related to dementia, providing resources and guidance to ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Offer mentorship and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Coordinate assessments, care plans, resident profiles, and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely records.
  • Lead and motivate the meaningful life team, volunteers, and students, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Coordinate rostering, training, and professional development, ensuring our team has the skills and knowledge needed to excel.

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
  • Qualification in dementia care desirable.
  • Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Knowledge of people living with dementia.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience with iCare software program desirable.
