Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Educator to join our Centre. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful running of the Centre.

About the Role

  • This is a leadership position that requires a high degree of professionalism, expertise, and emotional intelligence.
  • You will work closely with the Centre Director and Assistant Director to develop high-quality education and care, and mentor and develop the broader team.
  • Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to juggle multiple priorities and demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide additional support and leadership under the direction of the Centre Director and Assistant Director
  • Mentor and develop the broader team
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality education and care
  • Work effectively with colleagues to achieve centre goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent, or Early Childhood Teaching qualification
  • Current Senior First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates
  • State relevant Working with Children Check, Blue Card, or Safety Screening
  • Current Child Protection Training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities
