Senior Educational Leader

We are seeking a skilled educational leader to join our team in a senior teaching role. As a Leading Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing whole school improvement initiatives, developing and evaluating teaching and learning initiatives, and leading the ongoing development and implementation of the Flexible Teaching and Learning Framework.
- Lead the implementation of whole school improvement initiatives related to the School Strategic Plan (SSP), Annual Implementation Plan (AIP), and school priorities.
- Develop, implement and evaluate teaching and learning initiatives using action plans aligned to AIP and FISO improvement cycle.
- Lead the ongoing development and implementation of the Sunbury College Flexible Teaching and Learning Framework.
- Lead schools approach to assessment and reporting processes.
- Lead KLA instructional leaders in the analysis of student data, course and unit outlines to build teacher capacity to differentiate and teach at point of student learning need.
- Ensure all curriculum is guaranteed and viable, consistently mapped and accessible to all members of the school community.
- Work with the Student Learning and Wellbeing Leader (year 11 and 12), to ensure the school delivers curriculum that is mandated by, and consistent with, the F-10 Victorian Curriculum and the implementation of the VCAA VCE study designs.
