About the Role:The Senior Educational Leader will work closely with educators to enhance educational programs, deepen their understanding of child development, and guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. You'll collaborate with centre leadership to lead transformative changes and drive educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet diverse learners' needs
- Lead and manage educational teams to achieve outstanding outcomes for children
- Collaborate with centre leaders to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to enhance their practice and skills
