Job Title: Senior Education Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Education Leader to join our school community. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the planning, delivery, evaluation, and improvement of education for all students.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in educational leadership, with experience in teaching, curriculum development, and staff management. You will be an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all students.

- Lead and manage a team of educators to achieve high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.

- Collaborate with other leaders to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.

- Analyze data to inform educational decisions and drive continuous improvement.

- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student wellbeing and academic achievement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Education or related field.

- Provisional or full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.

- Proven experience in educational leadership, including teaching, curriculum development, and staff management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
