Job Title: Computer Hardware Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced computer hardware specialist to install, configure, and maintain complex computer systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Hardware Installation and Configuration: Install and set up various types of computer hardware including CPUs, motherboards, RAM, and storage devices.
  2. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve technical issues with computer systems, peripherals, and network equipment.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to diagnose and fix complex technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in computer hardware installation and configuration.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with Cisco routers and switches.
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems.

Work Environment:

This is a contract position requiring regular commuting to the city.

Salary Range:$35.00 - $50.00 per hour.
