Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardware Repair Specialist to join our team. As a critical member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional repair services to our customers.

Job Summary:

  • Provide on-site hardware repair services to customers across multiple locations.
  • Identify and resolve hardware issues efficiently, including replacing faulty components such as RAM, hard drives, motherboards, and power supplies.
  • Install/reinstall operating systems, drivers, and required software while ensuring updates are applied.
  • Secure critical data before repairs, conduct post-repair testing, and validate system functionality.
  • Capture before-and-after photos, complete the Service Verification Report (SVR), and update ticket status in our service management system.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in hardware repair and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software components.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to travel to multiple locations and lift heavy equipment (up to 25kg).
