Digital Experience Lead-Search and Shelf

We're seeking a seasoned digital leader to spearhead our search and shelf strategy. As Digital Experience Lead-Search and Shelf, you will drive superior brand experiences across our portfolio of powerhouse brands on various retailer eCommerce platforms.

In this role, you will lead the discoverability strategy to deliver optimal digital consumer experiences. This includes maximizing our digital shelf presence through optimized product content to enhance the shopper experience, as well as leading the search strategy (paid + organic) to drive visibility and increase conversion.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external customers to drive online revenue growth across major retailers by ensuring optimal digital shelf presentation and continuous content optimization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive digital shelf strategy to drive eCommerce growth and superior brand experience.
  • Leveraging data insights to inform search and shelf optimization decisions.
  • Collaborating with Brand Marketing and Customer Development teams to ensure seamless execution of digital shelf initiatives.
  • Leading reporting to share insights within the wider business and fostering a performance culture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial understanding of retailers & the retail environment, digital media/retail media, and a background with experience managing the digital shelf and paid search.

A bachelor's degree is required, with 7+ years of work experience in digital commerce and paid search, preferably in FMCG retail search. Established and proven search experiences on retailer platforms are essential.
