Leadership Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the online strategy to drive exceptional brand and commercial outcomes across various eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive digital content strategy that showcases the brand's story while providing seamless customer experiences.
  • Drive growth and profitability of eCommerce platforms by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Oversee annual performance marketing strategies with a focus on brand elevation, sales, customer retention, and acquisition.
  • Create and implement a CRM program that builds customer journeys while delivering an OMNI, elevated, and consistent brand experience.
  • Lead and manage a team of digital graphics designers to ensure high-quality visual content.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and delivery.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience managing online platforms in a retail environment.
  • Experience creating innovative digital and ecommerce strategies and solutions.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Measurable experience with both creative and analytical digital marketing.
  • Performance marketing capabilities across SEO/SEM.
  • A confident communicator and able to influence through best practice and delivering to KPIs and ROI.
