
Key Client Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee client relationships, ensuring insurance policies meet clients' requirements and drive business growth.
- Developing and maintaining strong client connections to guarantee satisfaction with coverage and service.
- Identifying new business opportunities, cross-selling, and up-selling insurance products, managing a portfolio of clients.
- Evaluating client risk profiles and recommending suitable insurance coverage.
- Negotiating with insurance carriers, securing favorable rates, and overseeing policy renewals.
- Providing support to clients during claims processes, ensuring smooth handling and fair settlements.
- Staying updated on market trends, regulations, and new products to advise clients effectively.
- Coordinating with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other departments.
- Ensuring all policies and client communications comply with regulations and policies.
To succeed as the Key Client Manager, you must possess a degree in business or a related field, at least 5 years of sales experience in general insurance, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
As a skilled insurance professional, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless policy delivery and customer satisfaction.
