Job Description

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster seamless client onboarding processes.
  • Promote exceptional customer support through email, phone, and chat interactions.
  • BUILD strong relationships with customers leveraging excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Capture valuable feedback and insights, collaborating with internal teams to enhance products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records in our trading system.
  • Ensure alignment of customer feedback with company goals by working closely with other teams.

Requirements
  • Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in finance or economics.
  • Prior experience in customer success or similar roles within fintech or financial services is highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets and payment solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong customer-centric approach, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language will be highly regarded.
