About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Proactive Services team at Woolworths Group as a Trolley Vehicle Operator.

As a Trolley Vehicle Operator, you will be responsible for collecting trolleys in car parks and surrounding streets using a vehicle. You will be fully trained to operate our trolley collection vehicles and undergo an assessment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a trolley collection vehicle and collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding suburbs
  • Push trolleys up a ramp onto the trolley collection vehicle
  • Collect trolleys left in and around the store and return them to the trolley bays
  • Carry out all pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle
  • Follow all safety and operational processes and procedures related to vehicle operation and trolley collection
  • Follow all road rules and report any issues related to unretrievable trolleys
  • You may also be required to complete cleaning and waste disposal tasks

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and physically fit individual who is available to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 4pm. You must hold a full (unrestricted) Australian drivers licence or Provisional P2 drivers licence (Green P Plates). A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential.
