Finance and Payroll Specialist Needed for Part-Time Remote Work

We are seeking a skilled contractor to support our finance and administration functions during a period of change. This is a sole-charge role working closely with our Sydney-based Operations Manager.

  • Manage AU/NZ payroll, PAYG/PAYE, payroll tax, workers comp.
  • Handle invoicing, accounts payable, GST, journals, and reconciliations.

This role requires strong skills in payroll and bookkeeping. Australian payroll experience is essential, while NZ Payroll experience can be learned on the job.

The successful candidate will work independently with support from qualified accountant directors. The position involves 24–32 hours per week, remote work, and a flexible contract.
