Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with transport teams and operations to monitor load progress and scheduling.
- Manage load allocations to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Provide real-time updates to the Transport Management team regarding operational concerns.
- Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with relevant personnel to ensure compliance with operational standards.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in transportation operations within a multi-site FMCG or distribution environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with 3PL carriers and operational teams.
- Understanding of the Chain of Responsibility regulations.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Transport Management Systems is advantageous.
- A strong focus on customer service and problem-solving capabilities.
