Job Role Overview

The primary function of this position is to safely operate a grader and supervise a small team while executing road construction and maintenance tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain a Grader equipment
  • Manage team transportation and other plant assets according to manufacturer specifications
  • Develop and enhance operational skills among team members

This role requires a valid Australian Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence and a General Construction Induction training card. The work schedule is 38 hours per week.

Necessary Qualifications:
  • Australian Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence
  • General Construction Induction training card
