We are seeking skilled professionals with expertise in Agricultural Mechanics, Heavy Diesel Mechanics, and/or Mobile Plant Mechanics to join our Wagga Wagga Workshop. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing repairs and routine maintenance on Caterpillar equipment.

This role involves providing support to customers across the region, focusing on safety and continuous improvement. With exposure to machine rebuilds, component overhauls, and in-depth diagnostics, this position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and routine maintenance on Caterpillar equipment
  • Provide support to customers throughout the region
  • Focus on safety and continuous improvement
  • Develop skills and experience through machine rebuilds, component overhauls, and in-depth diagnostics
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or Mechanical trade qualification with heavy industry experience
  • Experience rebuilding mobile mining equipment and/or components
  • Solutions-focused mindset and ability to adapt to changing requirements
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Unrestricted Drivers Licence
  • Close attention to detail and ability to perform tasks to meet Caterpillar quality standards
  • Team-oriented with proven ability to meet set deadlines
