Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Management Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality management accounting services, ensuring effective business partnering, and compliance with Group policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Collaboration and Communication

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among finance support teams within The Star Ent Group, ensuring accountability and achieving company objectives.

Supervise and Mentor Team Members

Supervise, mentor, and coach your team to deliver excellence and consistency in data management and management accounting.

Provide Business Partnering

Provide effective business partnering by prioritizing data accuracy, financial expertise, commercial outcomes, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Support Audits and Due Diligence

Provide support for internal and external audits, as well as due diligence work, as required.

Implement Initiatives for Excellence

Identify and implement initiatives to achieve alignment, standardization, and excellence in reporting and analysis.

Requirements

  • Strong Numeracy and Communication Skills

Strong numeracy and communication skills, with a proven track record of meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience in Building Relationships

Experience in building relationships and effectively engaging stakeholders.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications

Over 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, coupled with a CA/CPA qualification.

Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Excel with advanced skills, along with experience using large ERP systems such as Oracle and TM1.

Track Record of Achieving KPIs

Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and surpassing set KPIs and targets.

As an experienced Senior Management Accountant, you will have excellent organizational skills, be team-oriented, and able to supervise, mentor, and coach direct reports. Your advanced analytical and solution skills will be key to delivering The Star Ent Group's vision, brand, and values.
