Customer Service Delivery Expert

Delivering exceptional customer service is at the heart of this role. As a Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services to valued customers in various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance operational processes to ensure compliant and efficient customer service.
- Provide accurate reporting as per contractual requirements.
- Resolve operational issues and follow up on action items resulting from system incidents.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Develop decision-making abilities to address critical client queries.
- Implement effective communication strategies to understand and address customer concerns.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Electronics / Radio Trades Certificate or relevant trade qualification.
- ACMA Open Cabler License.
- Minimum of three years in a radio communication service environment.
- Understanding of RF principles and antenna system multi coupling.
- Experience in digital communications test equipment and interpreting results.
- Experience in APCO25, TrBo & TETRA Digital Radio Communications environment.
