
Customer Service Expert

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer-facing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers
- Represent the company at internal and external functions, presenting the company, its products, and services in a strong and positive light
- Work closely with senior management regarding performance metrics
- Participate in and ensure that audit and quality controls are conducted on a regular basis
- Provide expert advice to customers on all facets of customer service, including logistical and customs information
- Improve customer service quality results by evaluating and redesigning processes and implementing change
- Establish communication service standards and implement productivity, quality, and customer service standards
- Proactively address performance issues by identifying areas of non-performance and providing support to prevent future occurrences
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge and experience in a similar role
- Food Safety and HACCP knowledge desirable
- Available to work a rotating shift roster mainly Monday to Friday, occasional weekends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of the airline catering industry
- Competent in documentation and records management
